How it works

Ultimatum is built for interactive entertainment. Creators can upload content, go live, and optionally host interactive experiences that viewers can watch and participate in.

Create content

  • Upload a video or image, or start a livestream.
  • Add a title, description, and category (vlog, gaming, entertainment, etc.).
  • Share publicly to build an audience.

Interactive prompts (“challenges”)

  • Creators can post interactive prompts as entertainment content.
  • Prompts can be live or time-limited.
  • Participants may submit content (photo/video/live) as part of participation.
  • No entry fees, no wagering, and no guaranteed prize outcomes.

Geolocation (when enabled)

  • Some experiences may use location to confirm proximity (e.g., within a set radius).
  • If a user exits the allowed radius, access to that location-based experience may pause/end until they return.
  • Location is only required for enabled features and is not required for general browsing.

Timers

  • Live experiences can include countdown timers visible to viewers and participants.
  • Timers help define start/end participation windows.
  • When time expires, the experience closes or transitions to review.

Voting & polls

  • Creators can enable polls for audience interaction (choices, rankings, feedback).
  • Voting is for engagement and community input.
  • Polls are not used for wagering, betting, or prize-based entry systems.

Optional support (tips)

  • Viewers can optionally tip creators to support content.
  • Tips are not required to watch, join, or participate.
  • Tips are voluntary support and not contingent on outcomes or “winning”.

Note: Feature availability can vary by region, device permissions, and user settings. Location-based experiences require permission when enabled.

Payments and monetization

Payments processed through this account are used for voluntary tips and creator support. Users are never required to pay to access content, view livestreams, or participate in entertainment experiences.

What customers pay for

  • Optional tips to support creators.
  • Optional contributions to support creator content.

What customers do not pay for

  • No pay-to-watch or pay-to-view.
  • No entry fees to participate.
  • No wagers, bets, or prize pool buy-ins.

Payment flow (simple)

Viewer → (optional tip) → Creator
Platform may take a service fee for processing & platform operations.

Tips are discretionary support and are not contingent on outcomes, performance, or “winning”.

Safety and restricted content

Ultimatum enforces content guidelines and prohibits illegal activity, pornography/explicit sexual content, and any form of gambling or wagering. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate policies.
