These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ultimatum (the “Platform”), operated by Innovision LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Ultimatum is an interactive entertainment platform where creators can upload content and livestream, and viewers can engage with content. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes.
The Platform does not allow gambling, wagering, betting, or pay-to-enter mechanics. You may not use the Platform to facilitate any form of gambling or wagering activity.
Creators may post interactive prompts (sometimes referred to as “challenges”) as entertainment content. Participation is voluntary. The Platform prohibits using prompts as pay-to-enter competitions or wagering products.
Some features may use geolocation for proximity-based interactions. Location access is controlled by device permissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location services.
We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion to enforce these Terms and protect users and the Platform.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Innovision LLC a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and improve the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse payments, engage in prohibited content, or if required for legal/compliance reasons.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any content will be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovision LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for disputes between users.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
